I called this location asking to speak with a manager or owner for some community involvement opportunity for my students and I literally had to just hang up because they were SO RUDE. I would NEVER purchase anything from here. So sad!!

I Wanted to support a local business versus ordering online. When speaking with the associate prior to ordering explained what I was looking for and gave a budget of $150, what arrived was carnations and lilys. Not necessarily what I asked for which was pink roses. The owner should do a better job communicating what youre getting prior. Im sure this situation is one off but make sure if youre ordering you know exactly what youre paying for. When speaking with the owner She got defensive and wanted to justify, which is weak customer service. The best thing to do is find out what it takes to make it right and find out if thats within your power to make happen. Just as a point, I never asked for refund, money or discounts, simply to be heard. This would have determined if I would use them in the future as mistakes can happen. Overall the flower arrangement was nice but about the same quality as Publixs/ Harris Teeter. See pic below
