      image It says that we get 1 key fro every 2 we buy. We specified 6 - what we needed - believing that 3 would be free. Instead, we were billed for all 6, and got 3 generic keys free. Did NOT need 9 keys.
      Also, the choice window did NOT allow us to choose several of the keys that were on the wheel - even though we would have preferred them.
      The keys we got were clean and burr-free and worked in out lock.

      image keys didn't work. customer contact email inoperable. hangs, doesn't go through. "email" on contact list is circular and just points back to the website. info@ mailbox full. Have to call unfortunately.
