I partnered with with Mark Rich on a wholesale deal. He was able to help me close the deal at a fair price for all and paid me promptly upon closing. I still seek real estate investment advice from him and am working on another deal with him right now.

Mark and Gary have gone above and beyond to help us...we where in a very tough spot and needed to sell quick to move closer to our kids hospital...we didn't have the time or resources to fix the house up to realstate standards...they took all of the work out of it for us and our kids are now closer to the medical attention that they need...thank you for everything!!!

I am so glad that Mark and Gary contacted me. I've tried to sell my property for over 5 years with realtors and by myself and asked for what I bought it for even with the tens of thousands in improvements and still no luck. I faced foreclosure and financial hardship repeatedly because of bad tenants and upkeep cost until Mark saved me :). I am so grateful that he has the know how of how to manage the property until it will sell. It is a huge weight off me I can finally relax even if the phone rings cause I'm not worried that the bank is calling me. Thank you so much Mark.
