So, John and his team were referred to me by my realtor, I was buying my house from California- this team was AMAZING! From 3000 miles away they kept the process on track, running smoothly and without a hitch. They managed to keep me calm, when I was nervous about how the whole thing was going. Communication = Flawless. Document control = first rate. App = seamless.I could not imagine this going any better- a new state (different rules), VA loan, competitive rates and a dedicated team. No better team in the Rochester Area! Definitely recommend them.

As a first time investor I needed ALOT of questions answered plus sensible advice and GRB delivered! From start to finish I was heard, kept informed, and had any issues promptly resolved. Every one I interacted with was patient and generous with their time.Whether it was through emails or calls, I was responded to in a timely manner and had my concerns addressed. Overall it was a truly excellent experience, made better by the ease of uploading most documents to the app plus e-signing, and having such a knowledgeable team working with me. I can not recommend them enough!!!

Did our mortgage through GRB with John, Steve, Katie, and Anthony. They were very helpful to us throughout the process, and very responsive to questions and concerns. With their help, we were able to have a very smooth experience with entering the housing market and making it through closing.
