        My husband asked it they could fix a problem with our little transport chair. He was asked where we bought it from and when he answered Amazon they didnt want anything to do with it. We are paying for the repair so what is the big deal. Wont go there again and will warn all my friends and family.

        They aren't not honest with there clients they give you a run around about when your ecuipment will be done they staff is so rude

        Completely ridiculous My buddy needs new batteries for his wheelchair so I call up and the lady proceeds to tell me that they don't help private party's they only do and help out people that are members or actually bought a wheelchair from them? Needless to say customer service is useless how can you deny someone that just needs to buy batteries to put in their wheelchair?
