Pleased with level of customer service we have received, Mike has always responded quickly to questions we've had over the years, and has been willing to go to bat for us whenever our insurance benefits need clarification. We have benefitted especially from the Medicare Update Seminars offered several times each Fall, and we plan to attend one again in 2022, in time to decide whether to switch Advantage Plans for the following year. These seminars are well-prepared refresher classes, yet are informal enough to allow plenty of time for open-ended Q&A. Mike and/or his assistant Helen will also consult with client-specific questions at the end, or, as we have done, by phone or in his office at a later date.
