        Terrible front counter staff. Wouldnt let me into my room when I lost my key. Took over an hour for them to finally have security escort me. I wont be staying here again.

        The staff who work there are nice and very helpful. That's the only positive about this location. Both mine and my coworkers rooms bathrooms smelled like stale smoke. They were dirty as hell with stuff growing in the showers. $2,000 for a week! X2 for 2 people. Nothing Included, pay for parking per day, pay for breakfast unless you pay ahead on your reservation , the entrance is in the middle of an alley where cars park in the middle of the road all day.

        Very disappointed in our stay, room was cramped, expensive and nothing was included. The bed and dresser were so close together we kept hitting our feet and shins on the frame. (King standard rm) Parking garage is not attached so it's a cold walk to the hotel. Parking is Not free as it stated when I was booking the reservation $10 daily. Most disappointing, breakfast was not included. It was $15 for the buffet which offered the same basic options I've received for free at other establishments. Staff was all very friendly and the hotel was centrally located for the weekends plans. However we will not never be staying at another Hilton Garden Inn. We payed half the price for twice the room and all extras listed above were included only a week ago at a Holiday Inn Express. (Also a King standard rm) Rooms: Very cramped Food & drinks: Breakfast not worth the price
