Kinecta Federal Credit Union - Rochester W Ridge

On March 29, 2024, I walked into the Credit Union with a problem and Cathy immediately got to work helping me. I was thoroughly impressed and very thankful for putting me at ease. I have dealt with Cathy before and her customer service has always been professional. She definitely represents her office very well. Thank you, Cathy.

When searching for a new Credit Union I had the incredible luck of meeting Cherise McFarland. She has gone above and beyond her duties while helping me create a new bank account. I really hope the Kinecta Federal Credit Union knows they have one of the most professional and friendly humans I have ever encountered. A++++++
