Zero out of five stars, if I could rate them that way they are illegally, operating discriminating and giving out false information to disability patients under 65 receiving Medicare and Social Security deposits, monthly telling them its mandatory for them to open a savings account not just a checking account, which federal laws state anyone with SSI recipients are elite, are not allowed to ever have a savings account in life, even with a penny in it until they get off disability She would not comply with federal laws and discriminate against me, because I am disabled, saying that her corporate policy overrides federal laws about disability and how she doesnt wanna help me and she doesnt basically care she basically said go elsewhere we dont want your business since you dont want to put five dollars in a savings account where Im telling her for her own information wasting time on the phone that she would be federally fine and it would be heavily on her and not mine that she would pay a heavy price for a dispensing that illegal and being being informed that its illegal and information to an SSI disabled person who already knew they are were told Emphatically no savings account allowed ever in life until you get off disability. She lied to me saying that there are many people that are disabled permanently banking with her with both checking and savings accounts, which is not possible as a SSI recipient do not bank with these liars, and they discriminate against people with disabilities and dont care worst most egregious unprofessional Branch supervisor I have encountered her her behavior is unacceptable and someone should really file a formal complaint and investigate as to why it is acceptable for her to make her own laws in the United States and disregard any federal laws that she is mandatory required to comply with us as much as any other federal laws with lending and banking for disabled people, and she discriminating by denying me a bank account, for the only reason of being disabled and following the law, unlike her worst most disgusting experience I would not trust these people, and Ive seen many reviews below me of regular people trying to bank or take out loans and being responsible paying them off early and this institution, making their lives, a complete disaster, just scroll down, and youll see what theyve done to people who are not even disabled

This was the first AFCU building I ever went to. I've been coming here for many years and almost every visit has been a positive one. The people here are efficient and professional. I always have my questions answered and the people here genuinely care. I think the way AFCU handles fraud issues could be improved upon but other than that I have nothing but good things to say.

Melissa Green is absolutely terrible! She works in collections, I requested a payment arrangement she canceled my account and sent it to collections. She is racist and redlined me so my credit can be ruined. Will be contacting everyone !

I was at this branch an hour ago. Mike is so welcoming I watch him treated every customer nice and friendly He's a TEAM PLAYER!helping customers to meet their requests with excellent customer service skills Thank you.
