        They are terrible , they lie do not waste your time there! Im paying them monthly and d and v is still saying I dont have insurance. They tell a different story every week when I go there. The worst place in Rochester! The Titus location!

        I came in the evening and it was most definitely the worst experience I had hands down. I waited for almost an hour and ended up having to leave without paying my car insurance. Honestly upset about it because if you pay online it charges you an extra $10 convenience fee.
