        I rented there over three years ago and stayed for two years so my review is for the period between 2018-2020. The amenities were nice. The apartments look nice and modern from the inside and have a patio. That being said, the management was quite poor in dealing with pretty much any issue. Maintenance were ok, not the best, but not the worse. The noise travels like crazy since these are wood buildings (i can hear a phone call conversation from a neighbor somewhere in the building on a Sunday morning). When I moved out, i experienced what others did, which is the management company doing all what they can to take away your deposit.

        Place looks nice for the money, management and construction are extremely cheap. Don't expect any of the listed amenities to be available, no longer in building trash, pool closed, no grilling on the grills, gym is underequipped and gym goers have poor etiquette. Everything is falling apart, nothing is well built and the appliances are chosen to look modern, not to function reliably.

        I love it here! It was a really stressful time when I was looking for an apartment and the management team made this a really great experience! I love the peaceful community here at Fairview. The buildings are new and modern. The clubhouse is amazing! Fitness center is 24/7 and the pool is beautiful. I underestimated how much I would utilize the pool, I cant wait for the weather to warm up again! The staff is also great. I put through a request for maintenance for my faucet being a little loose, which I said was low priority. Within 2 days they were at the door and happy to tighten my faucet! After owning a house it is such a relaxing break to live in a nice community like Fairview. I dont have to worry about a thing, plowing, mowing, maintenance, etc. Im very happy here!

        The units are fine and rent is market value but the buildings management under Transform Property Management needs work. They are slow to resolve issues and the emails to residents are generally passive-aggressive and unhelpful. Edit: The response from management below is the perfect example of the passive aggressive comments I mentioned. As stated, apartments fine, managements attitudeleave a bit to be desired.

      Hello Mohamed,Your review comes as a surprise since you have not been a resident with us in almost 3 years.Management in no way takes security deposits or a portion of them unless there are necessary move out charges that arise from damage, cleaning or replacements etc. Furthermore management requires all residents to have a pre and final move out inspection, prior to their move out date. This ensures residents the opportunity to rectify any move out charges that can be prevented prior to vacating.You failed to mention, the reason your security deposit was taken was due to excessive grease all over the kitchen cabinets and ceiling, the broken vanity sink that needed to be replaced and the damaged door that had a hole in it and also had to get replaced.Thank you.

      Hello Kick,Our records do not indicate you as a current or past resident.Although I would like to address your review and accusations pertaining to the community as they are false and inaccurate.Management and construction takes great pride in maintaining the interior and exterior of the entire community. All interior common areas of the three story apartment buildings were just all repainted this spring, Pickleball courts were added this year as a new amenity and the annual ground and landscaping maintenance is recognized as one of the best kept apartment communities in Monroe County.Your statement regarding amenities not being available is false. The pool and grill area is a seasonal amenity and opens every year after Memorial Day and closes after Labor Day. Just last week a mass email went out to current residents stating the pool and grill opening date for the season. The gym is open 24/7 to all residents and is fully equip with plenty of equipment and is one of the nicest private gyms in the area. The trash rooms in the apartment buildings were removed 3 years ago which was a result of residents mistreating and disrespecting the trash rooms. Management decided to eliminate the trash rooms to prevent sanitation issues.If you have any issues or concerns then I would suggest you contact the office to further discuss.Thank you,Transform Property Management
