Brighton Colony Townhomes

I've been living in this wonderful place for the past five months, and I must say, the property manager Alejandra has been impressively prompt in her responses. Her quick and efficient communication has significantly contributed to my positive experience here.

Ive lived here 8 months and this place is Falling Apart. I put in work order after work order and nothing is fixed. They are the most unprofessional people I know. I pay way too much for this

I wanted to take time out of my day to especially share my own experience with the office staff at Brighton Colony & also the new property manager Junior Espada. He is such an amazing friendly yet professional and super helpful staff that always greets you with a smile on his face and always and I mean always happy to listen to you and takes time to ensure your concerns are addressed. I cant say enough about Mr. Espada. Since Mr. Espada took over, he has been flooded with all of our complaints, and maintenance or repair issues including mine that were sitting there for a while or were closed without completion from prior management. My personal concerns have been addressed and things that needed to be repaired have been for the most part completed and some are waiting on parts. Overall, the way things have been going recently, its so refreshing and I truly appreciate it. The maintenance staff Mr. Brown and AJ are prompt and do their best to accommodate us all including myself. They are friendly, kind and respectful of my time and property within my unit. I have been living here since 2018, and although my goal is to buy a house, yet I find myself renewing my yearly lease because of how much I enjoy living here. My only wish is for the company to plant trees by front side where my unit is which is 332 Wintergreen Way, there was a beautiful tree that initially attracted me to actually choose to rent here and if I could request anything, it would be to plant a tree on that side instead of all the damaging rocks that are now all over the grounds. Mr. Espada have already been working on finding ways to prevent for these rocks to be kept away from our vehicles avoiding physical damage which I really value. If I could recommend anything would be to give Mr. Espada & maintenance crew monetary incentives for all the hard work they put into their jobs here to keep us all happy. I hope this helps whomever is seeking a new home to learn first hand from one of their residents on how wonderful everyone is. God bless.
