Went there to swap out a defective Samsung cable box, it had no power, it was dead. The rep or whatever you wanna call him checked my info and he said I had a past due that was in collections, and he couldnt swap it out until it was paid. I went home paid the current bill that wasnt in collections and spoke to a real person that knows , they said the store shouldve swapped the box because my service was active, that the box was defected, it had nothing to do with the bill, the little man in the store had no idea what he was talking about, the rep over the phone couldnt understand why he didnt do it. If your bill is in collections the service would be suspended! My service was active just a defected box. I wasted my time looking for a spot in that rathole area only to be turned down by someone that couldve made it easier for me.Best part was I knew I was gonna have a problem the minute I seen him. Mind you the last time this happened that I had to swap a box out, a very nice women did it without a hassle at all , she didnt even look at the bill.

Went there 2 times to buy 2 new phones and left empty handed.
Horrible, non existing customer service and sales workers refusing to help you, sell you something or preorder for you if you don't add new line.
Will switch to another carrier with better service and attitude.
