        I'd heard so much about Jolibees from the YT videos in the Philippines and the food looked so delish. The reality, imo, was disappointing. I had a 6 pc bucket, the rice side and mashed potato with gravy. The chicken are thighs and legs only. One flavor. I found the chicken tasteless and bland. No spiciness or kick at all. The chicken tasted boiled with crispy, fatty skin with no real flavor. The rice was shockingly bland. Whatever flavor was in the rice came from the miniscule pieces of meat in the rice. The mashed potatoes were very lumpy and the gravy made me feel nauseous. I tried it once but I won't do it again. Not at the Kings Hwy location. The staff were very nice but the food left me feeling cheated.

        Good food and service. The chicken is good. They even have biscuits. Jollibee is highly recommended. Nice Brooklyn location.

        Every manager at this place should be fired for incompetence & clearly not treating their employees well. I ordered a 2 piece & side and waited 30 minutes in there while managers walked in & out the back, practically barking at the employees. First & last time here.
