My husband and I bought a table last Thursday for the Ghibli & Anime Jazz night and had such a blast! The drinks were delicious (my favorite was the Moon), we had a couple of snacks which were very small, but we expected that knowing its not a dining establishment, and the vegan jerky was aaamazing! The Catbus Collective was so fun and put on such a great show. I will definitely be following them and hope to come back to catch another show!

I've come here for 3 separate shows but have to say that the Catbus Collective's Studio Ghibli / Anime Night was one of my favorite performances thus far! I am consistently impressed with the performances and the performers, as well as how good the service is considering how cramped the space can be. The staff always does the best it can to make it the best night possible - I recall the very first time I went, the power was shut down throughout the whole block, but they had the emergency lights on as well as candles everywhere so still felt very magical and intimate. I do recommend reserving seats if you can, as it does make the night that much more enjoyable. The food isn't anything to write home about (which is alright, given it's not meant to be a dinner spot), the drinks are great, and the ambiance was beautiful. The pianist was such a great and charismatic host, but above all I was blown by how smooth and curated the performance was. Would recommend!
