HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! They do not want to cover anything that's in the contract you bought. Their excuse is always a pre existing issue (which they can not prove) stay away from this warranty company. Find a reputable one who stands by there service.

Dont reccomend. To say it was difficult to use this warranty would be an understatement. They pay a max of $30 per day for a rental car, and a max of $180 per claim. You will not find a rental car for $30 a day. We got a 4 door sedan for 2 days for a total cost of $138 and they send a $60 check. Nice. They expect you to go weeks without a car, when youre waiting on claims adjusters and parts to arrive.

I bought the Warranty top of the line. Appeared to be an awesome warranty untill I needed it. What a total scam this company is. Total Scammers and Company is very unprofessional. Do Not buy warranty from this company.

We purchased the extended warranty through Coggin Hyundai in Deland, FL. No mention was ever made that we needed to bring the vehicle back there to get it fixed to get the whole repair price covered, nor was there anything on the paperwork we received that states this. Recently, we had a repair that needed to be made so we took it to our local VW dealership. After a diagnostic was run and the dealership contacted Dealers Resource Center, we were told the extended warranty would only cover about $966 of the $1,700 price to get the issue repaired. I then called DRS myself and they informed me that they have a contract with the dealership we purchased the car from and if I wouldve taken it there, the repair wouldve been cover 100%. Unbelievable!! We bought the top of the line extended warranty but still had to pay out of pocket because we were NEVER told otherwise!! Ill never purchase an extended warranty from this company again.
