Good turn around time, got me in a week after I called to schedule. Felt no pressure to book after getting a quote, but was very happy with pricing. Car looks just like new and so happy I got it fixed!

I had a claim through Progressive and was signed up to meet with them through the insurance company. I was not able to make it due to having conferences and could not reach them. Every time I called it was pure silence. I tried to call 3-4 times and even called my progressive representative to reach them. I ended up being able to reach them and was not talked to nicely. I understand they may have been frustrated due to the missed appointment, but it was not handled in a good manner. How I was talked to, ended up making me feel very bad about myself, which was not necessary under any circumstance. I would not recommend using them at all.
