I came in, sat down with someone, who was immediately available. They asked for some information, and the appointed person filled out the forms online for me. Required minimal effort fromy end. 10/10 experience.

I'm glad I found you again!!! Miss Ruby, when you're in the building, it always feels family oriented. I thank you for always being patient and understanding. I know it's just not me! I do appreciate that you treat people with the respect they deserve. Please don't change.

The woman I worked with was extremely nice and personable, and really sweet, but that was the only remotely good thing about my experience. I had easy taxes this year (no student loans, filing single, etc.) I was there for over 2 hours when it should have taken less than an hour. But because she was the only one in there, she kept getting phone calls and pausing her work on my taxes (who had an appointment) to talk to people. When it was time to pay, she had given me an estimate at the beginning of how much it would be, and then at the end she told me it would be $300 more than she told me at the beginning! I specifically asked her for an estimate because I didnt have much to spend and I didnt want to get into that position at the end where it was too much. I understand that an estimate might not be spot on, but $300 more is unacceptable. I must have made a shocked face because after a few seconds of silence, she gave me the estimated price because I couldnt pay that much. I had cash and was told that they didnt have $2 in change in the store and I had to drive and break my $20 at another business, then come back and pay the rest. Overall, it was a ridiculous experience and I wont be using them again.
