        I had the displeasure of interacting with a rude and unhelpful employee named Clayton at Pep Boys on Piedmont Buckhead. From the moment I walked in, he had a terrible attitude and seemed inconvenienced by my presence. When I asked for assistance with finding a specific part, he scoffed and rolled his eyes before begrudgingly pointing me in the general direction. Throughout the entire interaction, Clayton was dismissive, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful. It was clear that he had no interest in actually helping customers or providing any sort of satisfactory service. I left the store feeling frustrated and disappointed by the lack of basic courtesy and respect shown by this employee. I would highly recommend avoiding Pep Boys altogether if Clayton is the type of employee they have representing their brand. It was truly unpleasant experience that left a sour taste in my mouth. Avoid at all cost!!
