I Wish I Could Give No Stars. The Worst Company Ever, Bunch Of Dang Idiot's. All I Gotta Say Is God DON'T Like Ugly. And Sooner Then Later This Company Will Reap What They Sow. Oh They Also Don't Do Proper Evictions, Then Try To Hit You With Fees That Makes No Sense. They Will Be Sued Soon

I lived in one of their properties for a year. When the AC went out in the middle of June, the ac company they hired came out and told me what was wrong and they were waiting on the authorization to come and fix it. Mynd then told me the company said nothing was wrong and they were closing the request. I tried to have a lawyer involved but he said it wasnt worth it and its cheaper to just break the lease. Inhumane people.

First step: Sue these people. There is absolutely no way my house was even visited by any management for the last 20 years. My bedroom floor is dented 4 different ways somehow, I hear everything through my walls outside, there are pieces of floor missing. I also would like to say whenever we call for maintenance, for something IMPORTANT like a WATER LEAK, they do not respond. When they do respond for, somehow a very small issue, and not plumbing emergencies, they don't even say a week let alone DAY. They just gave us a time zone and nothing else as if we can just sit at home all day. The house I live in also has the worst neighbors I've had ever, having moved over 20 times in my life. When we tried to look in, they never have the locks work, that should just be common sense for the CODE you give us to work. Everyone else at the townhouse trying to tour also had that problem and took an hour to get in. The property alone per month is over 1,300 dollars. Yet I don't even feel safe on the stairs. The foundation is basically giving away. Don't use this place if you want to rent out the equivalent of a nice full house with no downsides basically, but instead get an abandoned trash box and pay for it for some reason. I hope you get tortured. Because you tortured me.
