Have been going here for a couple years and the service has gone down while the price has increased. May give it one more try but not the same experience, must have had a change in ownership.

dropped off my dog for grooming at 10 am as scheduled, expecting a timely service. However, when I called at 2pm to check on the status of my pet, I was shocked to learn that my dog was still not ready. The reason provided by the staff was vague and unsatisfactory, and I was left waiting without any communication from the establishment. Upon finally picking up my pet at 4p( 6 hour grooming for a mini poodle)I expressed my frustration about the prolonged wait and the lack of communication. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the staff member I spoke to was dismissive and unhelpful. To make matters worse, I overheard her mumbling about my complaint as she walked away to get the manager's contact information. The service has changed since new owners. Dont trust them with your pet
