        I wouldnt recommend any new homeowners move here. Id give it zero stars if I could. The homes look aesthetically pleasing to the eye, but are not very well built. There are some nice people who work for the Brocks, but I dont have a favorable opinion of the owners themselves. The HOA is not representative of, nor very responsive to homeowners. The HOA is controlled by the builder and there are some shady things that happen here. For example, receiving violations for things the HOA is actually responsible for. Yearly increases in HOA dues with out any added amenities or adequate cost breakdown to justify increases. The builders secretly taking out a half million dollar loan to build a pool (that they had been collecting dues for for years) that homeowners are responsible for repaying. You have some crime in the neighborhood, a byproduct of living in the city. Explore the neighborhood (Park Vue) next door and maybe youll have a better time. This is my second time leaving a review, coincidently my first review was removed. Im not at all surprised, because it was very detailed in the grievances we experience as homeowners.
