I went in to Ulta today looking for a foundation. I was greeted by Jay, who stopped what he was doing to help me. He color matched me and offered some makeup advice. Loved my experience with him and left with the perfect foundation! This is not my closest Ulta, but I will be back just for him.

Made an online preorder, went to store to pick up and they couldnt run my discover card. Asked for help with management but they wouldnt call so I did. Tech said there was no issue. I put the cash register on the phone so could verify, she did. I called bc I didnt want to drive back home to get another card. They insisted there was nothing wrong but I never was able to buy the product from the register. I had to borrow money from someone else. If it hadnt been for them, I wouldve had to drive home and back. I will never never never buy anything from Ultra Dumb again. What a waste of time and space.

Danielle did my makeup for New Years Eve and I felt so pretty and confident all night long. She was also extremely helpful giving me makeup advice, and also very very kind. Thank you!

I was just in this ulta at 3:45 ish on MARCH 7th and I was NOT greeted at the door. I was not acknowledged by the staff working. I was on this store for 10 mins and I heard every customer being greeted. I saw lots of employees huddled around taking and texting on their phone. I decided to leave and not buy anything too. I had stuff picked out. I was only thanked when I left. I also want to say, its nasty in there. I almost slipped and fell on a bracelet on the floor. The packaging for the makeup I want is dirty and or damaged. The employees should be working, not chatting and wasting time. Im really disappointed and making this review because its the THIRD TIME I havent been greeted here or treated with respect. And I have only gone here 3 times. I will not be back even though I have so many points from spending so much money there.
