Maple Drive Dentistry

I was referred to Dr. Berman when we first moved to Atlanta from San Francisco. After the grim state of medicine and dentistry in a declining city, Dr. Berman and her staff literally shined. They represent what the best of dentistry and patient care should be. Empathic. Caring. Attentive continuously to your comfort. Efficient. Just a perfect team. Now, six years later there is no better testament to my trust and fondness of her that my whole family (of six) sees Dr. Berman. I never thought Id look forward to going to the dentist but its a treat to see all the smiling faces there. As I said they shine and they brighten your day and your teeth!

I havent stepped foot in the office YET but Jill (client coordinator for the dental services) was a MASSIVE help during our phone consultation. She was able to provide me with much needed information as I am new to the whole dental insurance policy game. I look forward to coming in for my exam and treatment planning sometime soon.

Maple Drive Dentistry is a phenomenal practice. My dad is in the process of reclaiming his smile and the level of customer service and attention to detail was unmatched. From reception to treatment planning, all the staff were pleasant, willing to explain, and took the time to make certain he understood each step in the process. I look forward to the next steps and the confidence his new smile will give him.

My husband came to Dr Berman Plaisance (which is her full legal name) with a mouth full of rotten teeth. That was better than what we have experienced from Maple Drive Dentistry. Louisa Berman is a greedy, deceptive and unethical dentist. She lies about her staff qualifications ( Dr Plaisance IS NOT an oral surgeon and has only been out of dental school a handful of years. Also she is related to Dr Berman -both last name a Plaisance. Lots of Nepotism in this office). Dr Berman rushes you to come in to get procedures done to benefit HER bottom line NOT what is best for the patient. Her office runs unprofessionally ( 6 treatment plans instead of one or two) Her staff talks. Whine her back about her narcissistic ways and how unorganized she is. She is greedy( beware of her $5000 NON REFUNDABLE deposit clause) Her workmanship is deplorable ($770 for a temp flipper that fell apart-even her colleagues were embarrassed that she made such junk for someones mouth). Her standard of care is subpar( she thinks shes god but her patient has infections in his mouth). Bottom line- read the complaint filed at the dental board. She is NOT a good person. She is money hungry and looking to retire ( to Florida as soon as possible as she continuously tells everyone) There are too many excellent qualified prosthodontists in Atlanta, Louisa Berman IS NOT ONE OF THEM!!

Dr. Berman is phenomenal. I have been going to her for almost three years now and just had my first cavity in over fifteen years and she could not have made it a more comfortable and painless experience. Truly cannot thank her and her practice enough for all of the dental guidance they have provided me. Thank you so much!
