The Stepping Stones Group

My wife was offered a position as a social worker by Stepping stones and she quit her job to do it. Then a couple days later, she was told the offer was rescinded as the school district she was to work for had decided to go with someone else for the job. Ooops!!!!....stepping stones forgot to mention that the school district had 30 days to change their mind! Of course stepping stones was going to work to find another position. Two weeks later.....silence. Be careful if you are recruited by these slippery people.

This is my first time working with The Stepping Stones Group. Jackie and her team have gone above and beyond listening to my story and helping me find a special education teaching based on my preference. The lines of communication have been always open, via email and phone with herself and the rest of the company. I've gotten practice with interviews, connected with different districts and finally have landed my dream position!! I also like how the company has clinical managers to help you prepare for your interview beforehand, but I can stay in touch with them during my assignment. This helped a lot. You really feel like you're a part of the family with The Stepping Stones Group!

Stepping Stones is a fantastic agency to work for. They care about their employees and provide excellent resources and support. My Clinical Manager, Julie Williams, is wonderful. She is completely invested in her team and it shows in everything she does! Thank you Julie.

This company is amazing!! I worked in Arizona this past school year, and am now looking to travel. Neda and the entire staff were easy to reach, kept in touch with me, helped me during the Covid chaos, and I would never consider any other company!!
