        As a prospective tenant, I can say Nigel treated me like a VIP. I showed up without an appointment and she did whatever she could to accommodate me in that moment. She could've sent me away but instead, she provided top tier customer service. A true testament to her character and work ethic!

        This place is a nightmare! The office staff are extremely rude and they do not care about you after you sign the lease. The comments about the bug problems are very true. There has been attempted burglaries and car thefts at this community. The work orders never get done because they spend time fixing urgent maintenance requests. The appliances are also faulty and outdated. The office staff never answer the phone unless you are a prospective tenant. Believe the bad reviews because there is some truth to them. Dont get fooled into thinking this a good property.
