*had to edit and lower the rating. Management change has been terrible. Amaneties closed for a year, people walking in your home multiple times a week without notice, and management not knowing why they are in there (literally had someone in my home, I called and asked why I wasn't notified, and they couldn't even tell me who or why that guy was there). Front doors flood and they don't do anything to fix it . Now they've cancelled automatic payments without telling anyone, and they want to charge a fee. They refuse to waive the fees because this has happened before due to their fault when they updated their payment portal. Other things aside, the size of the 2 story units is good but it's easy to see once living here that everything is old and worn out. Lastly on move out, they mailed the deposit check to the old apartment address, not my new one. Also because my trash wasn't getting picked up, they didn't charge me for the last 3 months as an agreement, but they just charged it on move out all at once lol and said sorry we can't honor that agreement with whoever did it for you even though trash wasn't getting picked up

So before management change multiple times this place was fantastic my wife was in a 2 bedroom before we moved into the current unit we are in now but we were giving promises of fully renovated unit and we still didn't get what we asked for we were supposed to be in a 3 bedroom but unfortunately the lack of consistency within the lease consultant and not inspecting units and having them ready for the exact move in date was not met. On top of the multiple issues we found out in our unit and constantly having to put work orders in. Rude management that don't care about the residents who stay here and no professionalism at all. The only good thing I had to say is Miss Adrienne Howard was such a great manager that got most of our issues handled. But unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone so me and my wife will definitely be looking elsewhere when our lease ends.

Darius is a great leasing ambassador he communicated very well and was a great part of my visit if I do decide to stay it would be because of how well Darius made my visit . Give that man a raise. He does his job perfect
