        I moved her in December 2023 and I really thought I was moving into a great place. The leasing office was nice and somewhat helpful the first month or two but everything has been downhill since. The gate to the parking deck is broken every week if not every other week. Homeless ppl sleep in the building overnight and there is no security on the property so we have to wait for dunwoody police department to arrive if we need help with anything. I was told the building was very secure and safe and after living here for 4 months I promise is it a lie.

        I just got the keys to my place today. I have been working with Chanel, who has been amazing. She made the process very easy and has answered all of my questions. Chanel has a positive attitude, and went above and beyond for me. She made sure that everything in the apartment was ready for move-in, and again, went out of her way to make sure it was top-notch. Very thorough! I hope she will be with the community for a long time. I'm brand new to this community, and hope that the rest of my time will be as positive as this first impression has been. Thanks Chanel, and thank you to the entire leasing team. Everyone was friendly. - Scott Witte
