Recent renovations and actions done by management have helped alleviate several of the issues at this community. It is apparent that they are trying their best to improve the property. Also-big shoutout to Bridget the maintenance lady, she is very helpful and works very quickly. She really listens to the issues you have and does whatever she can to fix them

I went to the office this past Saturday at 4 and the door was locked with no one inside. Waited outside for about 10 mins, called (no answer) because I figured the staff went and took someone on a tour, but no one came so I left. I then came back around 4:35, no change. Called again, no answer. All signs outside say the office closes at 5 and google says the same. The sign on the door also said "open" Looks like someone skipped out early. I wanted a tour (maybe I'll try again) but I hope I don't encounter the same thing again. If anything changes, I will edit my review.

DO NOT APPLY TO THESE DEPARTMENTS, TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER! I have lived here since 2021, I had not had problems with past administrations until Ashanti took the manager position in the office, when I renewed my contract she lied about the change from one department to another, until we realized that she gave it to someone she knows doesn't pay attention to your requests, she just ignores it and blames her office mate. We have had a problem with the person who collects the garbage in the departments, he does not come at the time and on the day agreed upon in the schedule that was posted in the office, he comes by at dawn and does not even pick up the garbage from some departments. Will he have a problem? Ashanti is told to remove the garbage service from the contract and she refuses, when you are paying for a service you expect them to at least do it well but that's not the case, why doesn't she help improve the apartments? She alone makes them look worse when they are supposed to be luxury for the price.

Do not apply here theyre a bunch of scammers. I came to the office to apply with Ashanti 9/30/23 and she did my whole application. I told her I didnt make enough but she added up numbers to push my application through to see if it was going to get approved. I trusted her and she promised she would find me an apartment but I was denied due to having past funds on my credit. I paid off my past apartment balance that same week with the collections and sent her my pay off letter. Yes even after she stated if I pay off collection I would get the apartment because that was the only thing holding me back from being approved. I was calling her but she would have me on hold for hours and not even emailing or calling me back BUT SHE TOOK MY APPLICATION MONEY. I finally got ahold of Ashanti and she said she would give me a refund and it would be check form. Which also was A LIE its been two months I still havent received a refund for my application. I have to DISPUTE the funds with my bank just to get my money back because she has lied multiple times for sending me a refund. She is a liar and her niceness is a fake she will ignore you and your calls when you apply.
