Eye Care for Animals - Tampa

The office staff is so rude! Front desk staff not friendly at all and act like your bothering them. The vet tech wouldnt come into the room because my dog was barking. My dog has limited vision and gets stressed in new environments and they acted totally unprofessional. Instead of introducing herself to put my dog at ease she refused to come in the room and had me go in the hallway to talk to her. Never had that experience at any vet office Ive been to. On top of the horrible experience the prices are very expensive. We spent over $300 for a visit. I found another office they are nicer at for a $75 visit. I do not recommend.

I usually don't do reviews but I HAD to do rave about how amazing Dr. Fife and her team are. My puppy had cherry eye and they saw him and scheduled him for surgery fairly quickly. He is very excitable/hyper and they made sure he had enough medication post op to keep him calm, so he could heal. They were easy to reach and answered any questions I had. It's been 3 months since his surgery and he is doing and looks amazing. I would highly recommend them. Before and after pictures are attached.

Great experience. Very friendly staff. Left feeling relieved and that my puppy got the very best care. Very thorough and not rushed. Highly recommend!

Awful experience!! Recommended surgery and I went elsewhere for 2 additional opinions who said he did NOT need surgery. A course of meds worked and fixed the problem. Greedy people and the office was filthy. My cat left covered in dog hair from their purple mat they use without changing between patients. Place smelled awful and was absolutely disgusting. Didn't explain anything or answer my questions- just handed me the surgery estimate. Very disorganized- they thought I was bringing a dog in because they did the documentation wrong when I scheduled the appointment. Avoid at all costs. Blue pearl was MUCH better and cost effective.
