Terrible customer service , as I approach this business there was an elderly lady leaving and she was cursing as she left the window where she had just interacted with a man from the business , after I had contact with him I understood why the elderly lady was upset and cursing , he was discourteous and totally disrespectful --> for no reason Terriable Business model to put a fool in a position to deal with the public

Not a good business They dont treat their employees right, they dont have change for cash, They dont accept credit cards and they have you wait for till tow truck comes to leave. 0/0 would not recommend . and they give u Attitude the whole time ..

I had my other car towed their after my accident well the tampa police called them I guess and then it was towed. it took them a week to tow it to the collision shop and then they told me we'll auto insurance told me they were not going to repair it would cost too much vs value of car .
