        I want to thank Brian for helping me fix an issue with my lock. It took him less than an hour to help me. I have been working with another rep to get the issue fixed and kept getting pushed back. I called this morning again and within an hour, the issue was fixed. 5 stars for Brian!

        Standard facility too expensive. Prime refuses to give me my military discounts which I dont appreciate. The previous owners did. However the people are very nice, especially Amanda. Shes fantastic. Was better and CHEAPER before Prime took over. $300 and $650 per month is insanity. We have 2 units but wont ever do it again when we leave.
