Financial Freedom Mortgage

Our mortgae was sold to them and their cusotmer service has been an absolute nightmare. Awful and very unwilling to help. Have spoken to 3 different customer service agents already. Have never dealt with anything like this before.

This is a TERRIBLE company to deal with. The staff is inconsiderate and can't own up to their mistakes. Pushing people out of their homes so they can take over and resell for a high price. Absolutely disgusting! Look at there reviews and numbers... that says it all.

The worst ever. The agent Diana is a bully, disrespectful , without any communication skills. She yells, hangs up phone and harasses. Other agent would call like around midnight just to say she will be calling in the morning with updates. And if you try calling supervisor customer service will put you on hold and never answer. Run away from this company and do not look back. There are many more really nice lending companies.

Anthony Rios was my loan officer who was there for me every step of the way. Kind, Courteous . Knowledgeable . My loan was processed and closed within 30 days. My processor McKenna Vernon was a pleasure to deal with. Patient, courteous, on top of her game. I would highly recommend Financial Freedom Mortgage. Ask for Anthony Rios !!!!!

I spend 2 hours on the phone, answering questions and giving them information. They told me I qualify, they will set up a day and time to meet. STILL WAITING .
