Chris was referred to me. He was attentive and told me what I needed to hear. Flash forward ring ring ring ? No response. Ghosted. Almost lost my house. Do NOT trust your future with this man. I was rescued by a very hardworking mortgage rep and I closed on my house within 3 weeks. No thanks to this guy!

If I could give this clown 0 stars I would. what a joke this so called one man mortgage company is. Christopher White left my client twisting in the wind in the middle of of her home purchase. I saw there was a problem when I was tagged in an email chain from the title company, to Chris White (market capital mortgage) and he was not responding for days, the last time my client spoke to Chris he was suppose to be ordering appraisal but she heard nothing from him for days as well. so I reached out to Chris Personally unsuccessfully for about another 2 days. The last time I called him I called from my phone then immediately again from a different number and to my surprise he answered 1st ring. when he realized it was me he choked and said he was in an important meeting and he would call me back, which he didn't. that was all I needed to confirm that he in fact was ignoring my client to switch my client to a real lender. just to clarify my client did indee closed on her purchase with a regular conventional loan when Chris (Market Capital Mortgage) convinced her that she needed an investor loan, "Market Capital Mortgage" Is owned and operated by Chris White, a less than Reputable Con Artist who is infamous for ducking and ignoring his clients in what is suppose to be one of the most important and largest purchases in their life. he puts his clients in mortgages that will pay him the most regardless if it benefits the client or not, and for whatever reason he periodically disappears on his clients for weeks at a time almost like he is on some kind on binge. do yourself a favor and do not trust such an important purchase with someone as negligent and Conniving as Chris White (Market Capital Mortgage).

Listen if you single with good credit run this man will use you get a house under your name then try to take it over with his kid trying to stab you and her boyfriend threatening to shoot up the place. Sad situation bad business Update still dealing with this man living in my house not paying the mortgage cause he is broke but is trying to live it up with the jones when he knows he cant afford anything he only calls me when he need money or something. This man has ruined my credit by not paying the mortgage dont be fooled this man is a con artists falsifies documents to get what he wants. Be aware of this character.
