Daryl was great to work with from beginning to end! He always seemed genuine and willing to fight for the consumer. He worked with us diligently each and every step of the way and kept us in the loop. He provided his opinion in a honest manner and made sure we could get everything sorted out in a timely manner. I haven't worked with any hard working and persistent person like Mr. Darrell James of Hunter Claims. He stayed on top of our claim with the Insurance company until he got us a settlement which was fair. He will not leave you in the dark. Now we are going to have our roof replaced. Wonderful experience! Darryl knew the drill and was able to prepare us and guide us through mediation. Very pleased with the services he provided and I would recommend him (which I already did to my neighbor).

Darryl was wonderful to work with. He made a horrible situation so much better. Not only was he very responsive, he kept me updated on the entire process. He also made me aware of things I wouldn’t have thought of and helped me get every penny I needed to repair my home. I couldn’t have done any of this without his help. I 100% would use this company again and recommend him to anyone facing any financial issues with their homeowner insurance company. It was refreshing to find a company that put my interest first especially in this day and age. Highly recommend.
