Hilton Garden Inn Tampa East/Brandon

Not a clean room, there was hair on the bathroom floor, and Doritos on the carpet, obviously it wasn't vacuumed before my arrival. And the sheet was on top of the top quilt with nothing underneath. The room was loud, I don't know what the noise was but it sounded like an air compressor or something. In short, I will not be staying here on my next trip.

Stayed here for one night, room was awful. Room had a foul odor when I walked in, and bed was horrible!! Don't waste your money.

No lo recomiendo para nada. A very unpleasant experience staying at this hotel. My husband and I are entrepreneurs. We travel a lot for our work. We have never had such an unpleasant experience. No cleaning service. The hotel is neglected and very dirty. We complained and received promise that they would do so for us to stay, but they did not do so. We do not recommend it at all. We stayed here as an off site option from Hard Rock Casino. We requested 2 rooms with 2 queens in each. At check in... we did get 2 rooms... one on 2nd floor and the other on 5th floor and both with 1 king bed.?? We had a group of 7. This put us in a serious bind. The lady working the front desk was not even a smidge pleasant. They were booked full and did not offer cots? How do you fit 7 people in 2 beds?? After going to the rooms.... they had bottled lotion at bathroom sink?? No soap? We asked at front desk....for bar soap.... again the lady at the front desk was snooty...and simply stated ... we do not have soap? What kind of hotel doesn't put out bar soap for washing hands? Note. We did ask a cleaning lady for soap and she gave us 2 bars. Personally.... I woukd relieve the lady at front desk of that responsibility. She is a terrible " Face for the Property". And as Hilton... you expect top notch service... this was not the case. No assistance to find another hotel to sleep our over flow guests..... no attempt to check on soap.... etc. I would not pay to stay at this hotel. Breakfast overly priced . $5 for one can of soda.... ridiculous . Was not happy customers. And Look.... our next hotel have 2 bars of soap .... they are wise and help with keeping all the germs down the drain!
