        This has been one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at and I would jump at the opportunity to come back. The rooms are so big and the layout is so nice. The only thing I will say which did not bother me because I keep to myself is that the hotel staff also sort of keep to themselves - they don't really jump at opportunities to greet you or go out of their way to help you, which might be a problem for people that really look for experiences where service people bow at their feet/go the extra mile (however you want to say it). When I worked at a Hilton that was like required of us so it was kind of different here. I didn't mind at all I was peaceful. The cocktail hour is a really nice added bonus!

        Came here and the room was sub par. Walked around to the pool and gym. Gym said on the website that there was a sauna there was indeed no sauna. The equipment was broken so I just could only go on the treadmill. Once I got back to my room for the night we got multiple noise complaints when we were all silent watching tv at a low volume. Then we wanted extra towels and they never came after 2 days. Both nights the smoke alarm would not stop beeping finally got it fixed right before check out so useless. The people were mean except the black girl at the front. Also didnt have a bible to read. The shower was either too hot or too cold with way too much pressure on the lowest setting. Window didnt work along with the AC and the WIFI.

        The Service & Staff are amazing at their jobs, friendly & Helpful. Beds could be firmer and offer more support. Breakfast Buffett Bananas & Oranges are great.
