        Stayed here one day for a cruise out of the Port of Tampa! Michelle at the front desk was phenomenal with getting all of us checked in and making sure we had everything that we needed. The rooms were nice and clean. First hotel that I have seen Dove products in!!!! We couldn't use the pool due to the rainy weather. The breakfast was great! I wasn't impressed with the outside landscaping driving up, and all of the restaurants being across the busy intersection (no sidewalks). We took an Uber to the Super Walmart and ordered from Charlie's inside! We were about 30 minutes from the Port. Check out, Michelle had all of our paperwork ready to go! Definitely would go back just to hang out with her..

        If you can sleep like you're on an airport runway you're ok here. It's not new, but clean. Room rates seem high - but what hotels don't?

        The awesome lady Wendy how greeted us when we walked in was amazing. Anything we needed she made sure we got. The GM Kristi was also very helpful. They have to be two f the nicest ladies I have ever met while being an IHG diamond elite member. I would give them more than 5 stars. When we needed house keeping the lady that was cleaning our floor made sure she supplied and cleaned everything. I would stay here again and again. Thank you Kennedy

      Dear Mr. Greenley, thank you for taking the time to rate your recent stay at our hotel. We regret that you were unhappy with the close proximity to the airport and gladly would have changed your room or provided ear plugs had either been requested. Rates are always higher this time of year as it is considered "in season", and yes, this is the case for all hotels in the area. Should you come back during a different time of year, the rates will likely be a lot lower.
