        The bouquet I ordered from Buds, Blooms and Beyond was even prettier in person that in the picture on their website. My family member had moved and Buds, Blooms and Beyond went out of their way to get the correct address, notified me of the new address and immediately delivered the flowers. I could not have been more impressed. Thank you so much!

      We are so sorry this happened and wished you would have given us a call to have fixed this for you. We would have been happy to replace the arrangement for you. If we don't know anything happens, we cannot fix it. They were purchased on April 2nd and you wrote something 6 days later. We would have been happy to replace them for you.The BB&B Team
