I had read good reviews about this company and decided to give them a shot since they are local, but I am disappointed in their ability to communicate. after weeks of emails, only a portion of my order was completed (I'm happy with the work) and multiple emails were then left unanswered and my company did not have shirts for expos as needed. quality and price were good, but the customer service let me down.

Unfortunately based on our last experience at Tampa T-shirt, after 4 Years of work we are going to walk away from them as a vendor. Not for Price, or Quality, but for customer service. Your way or the highway wont work for us and we will find an independent company willing to step up to do our jobs going forward.
