        Was made an appointment for Hallie Kritsas. Never authorized an appointment, never even went here and theyre stating that Id have to pay $135 late cancellation fee. I NEVER made an appointment or even go here, complete insurance scam

        This was my first appointment. It seemed to go well but I will be able to judge better after my next session. I liked the therapist. She was easy to talk to even though I was nervous.

        My counselor was very nice. My big problem is scheduling and billing. I was told one date by the counselor and then get another date texted to my phone. I had to call thrive works twice (about 20 mins calls) just to confirm when it was scheduled. I ended up having to schedule a time that was inconvenient for me and was not what my counselor offered in the first place. My portal states I owe $135 for missing a session but wont let me pay online. I call to close my account and the billing rep wouldnt send me a paper statement to pay. She said I would have to put a card on file. Which I am not comfortable with bc I am leaving the service AND I have not been told if my insurance is covering my 2 visits seen by counselor. I am leaving thriveworks as I reached out to them for peace of mind and not extra trouble.
