Metro T-Mobile is not the same thing as T-Mobile apparently. Staff here is very friendly and helpful nonetheless

I have had metro for a while now and have had problems with my phone so I had to switch my number over from one phone to another to get it fixed was only $25 to do so after said phone was fixed 2 weeks later I came back to switch my number back the lady there tried to scam me and said that it would be $50 because the phone number would have to be activated with the other phone even though the phone number is activated and there is a clear sign in front of her that says activation or reactivation only $25 plus tax as it always has been I tried telling her this and she said that its $50 because the number has to be activated on the phone I told her to just get me the manager to sort it out and she told me she was the manager and the only one in the store for the day I told her Im not paying $50 for something that I have only ever paid $25 plus tax especially when there is a sign in front of her saying what I have been saying so I left and went to another store where the manager at the other store said that the lady was trying to scam me cause activation is $25 if you have the SIM card and $35 if you need a new SIM card all Im going to say is take a good hard look at who you hire cause they could be scamming people and costing you to loose moneythe day this happened was yesterday April 7th 2024 around 11in the morning

Good thing about metro is they will do extensions when you can't pay that gives you 72hrs to pay sometimes we need Xtra help
