I am nothing less than SHOCKED at all of the negative reviews here. I have never had any trouble getting help with ANYTHING regarding training, set-up, customer service calls... ever. I have gotten paid every week, on time. I'm going to address a few of the issues mentioned here, and my experiences, which are just the opposite of what I am reading. First of all... I'm not a youngster! I'm in my mid-50's and had NO customer service experience when I applied for Shyftoff. NONE. I was a secretary for 10 years... over 25 years ago! I was shocked that I was hired! Especially, with Shyftoff being a young company, I thought, "No way will they hire an old gal like me." They did! * Training & Support - it's very thorough. Did I memorize it all and start off as the perfect rep? Lol... heck no! However, the support team is there for us during our entire shift and we are able to reach out WHILE on calls for assistance... and we get it! Support expects you to LEARN, however. If you keep asking the same question over and over, they will mention that to you... but they do it KINDLY. * Losing a campaign due to low NPS score - We ARE shown how to check our NPS scores and keep up with them - the directions are even pinned in the Slack channels. I am ALWAYS sent a message from someone in management if something I am doing isn't quite right, including scores, and they HELP ME to correct it. One thing that is absolutely wonderful about Shyftoff is that I always feel appreciated. I am told over and over that I am doing a great job, even when I make a mistake. Management will guide me in doing things correctly, and encourage me all of the way! I have NEVER been made to feel "stupid" or "ignorant." I have to say... so many people nowadays just don't want to work... some will make up excuses when they don't get what they want fast enough ... like they are entitled to some sort of perfect world. I'm not saying that that is what happened with all of the disgruntled folks who left these negative reviews - I don't know those people personally, and to call them liars would be morally wrong. However, I just know how some people are these days, and it's sad. I am SO glad that I found Shyftoff and get to work from home! Great pay, great leadership, great support! I couldn't be happier.

Theres not a phone number to speak with anyone so I emailed support and sent a ticket through the portal earlier this month and still no response. I dont understand how they function as an organization with such poor communication.
