I had a really great experience shopping for my wedding dress at Arden's. Alyssa was very helpful, patient, and friendly. After trying on three dresses Alyssa helped me choose a dress that I thought I wouldn't like but, then I tried it on and I fell in love. Thank you Alyssa!! The only bad experience I had with Arden's would be trying to work with Sam for my dress alterations. The communication was not the best and trying to schedule an appointment was like removing your wisdom teeth without anesthesia. I would recommend going to a professional for your dress alterations.

Got my wedding dress from Arden and I love it SO MUCH! I was not expecting to find my dream dress at a store in the mall, but I was truly impressed by Ardens selection. My experience was relaxed and positive. Caileen did such a great job with us; she gave just enough advice to be helpful but not so much that I felt pressured to buy. Their mirror setup in the store is great for seeing the dress from all angles. Also, no consultation fees! An easy five stars from me!

Me and my fiance were in the mall just to do one thing and we ended up stumbling across Arden Bridal, we are so lucky we did! We had no plans of buying my wedding dress in the moment but ended up walking out with the one! I am the most pickiest person there is and Jessica listened to every detail I said that I wanted and the third time was the charm. She genuinely cared and took the time with me. I never thought wedding shopping could go so smoothly. Jessica is the most sweetest and genuine person, if youre looking for someone to help you with a wedding dress shes the person to go to. Shes AMAZING! Thank you Jessica for finding my Cinderella dress

Jessica helped my fianc find the right dress for her and was sooo amazing and helpful!! After my fianc describes what she liked it only took the 3rd dress she tried on to find the one (which is very shocking coming from my fianc because she is sooo picky and indecisive lol)! We only went in to look around and werent even planning on buying a dress today but she found the one!! So happy and excited, I definitely teared up seeing her in her dress! Thank you Jessica!!
