        Ive lived here for a few years and enjoy living here. Leasing staff is great and maintenance has been awesome lately (thank you Jeff!). I love being able to walk to get groceries, go to restaurants, its about a 20 min walk to Water Street and theres even a trolley stop right across the street to access free transportation around town. However, the fire alarm goes off at least every month at all hours (10pm, 2am, 4am, 2pm to name a few) to the point where no one thinks its an emergency anymore and everyone stays in their apartment until the fire department shows up, which could take 20-45 mins.

        We LOVE Xavier! Every time my roommate and i need assistance he is so helpful and gets us what we need right away! We have been living at Bell since May and hes our fav.

        Austin has been great to work with. We recently moved into our unit and he helped us throughout the entire process. Any time I have question, he responds very quickly. Its great with apartments have tentative team members. Very satisfied with our experience so far!

        I'm really dismayed by this company. I am looking at their site,plus 3rd party sites and info is far from updated. On their site, for a particular unit, it's listed at one price, but speaking to someone she gave me a higher price plus "amenities fee". This is shady IMO.

        My roommates and I really love living here. The move-in process was so quick and easy, thanks to Austin. He always so helpful and responsive and just a super kind person to talk to! Austin is the best, and so is Bell Channelside!
