Sydney, the manager, was very helpful and professional. Our tour this week went very well. Ive had poor experiences at my current place but BayVue staff makes me feel more confident and secure. Thank you.

Avoid this complex at all costs. The apartments are disgusting. Infested with cockroaches and ants. Im not talking about one or two cockroaches or maybe seeing one here and there. They are everywhere! In the bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms, everywhere! They do nothing about it. Maybe enough people havent complained about it to them face to face. Good luck getting in contact with the office. No one EVER returns your calls or even answers. Pictures look nice and the people in the office seem nice but once you are there its all on you to figure everything out. I want to stress they will not help you with anything! Want information?good luck. Want maintenance? theyll show up but idk if you want to call that maintenance. They do the bare minimum to keep the place livable. If you are considering this place run run run. I can almost guarantee you will regret it immediately. I know I did!
