I want to move back. I loved the community, it was more of a family, and the Property manager Sandra goes above and beyond making sure you feel at home.

This was MY first apartment FIRST home for almost 2 years and i loved it here!!!. The apartments are very quiet and CLEAN and neighbors respect your property and privacy , office management is only a call/ knock away . drama free so perfect environment to raise my son ! Even maintenance crew are prompt and handy with any problems/issues ! I Could Stay For Years

Have been the managing agent/director for this property for almost 20 years and have seen it develop in a very positive way for that duration. We have the least negative police reports in the entire area and are blessed to have full occupancy. We have a waiting list and are continuing to invest in a better environment. We have had a number of international tenants, USF students, single parents, disabled people and long term tenants living here over 15 years. Yes, I am upbeat and positive about my comments since I know the people that live here and the quality of people they are. Independence Village has a positive reputation. The only times I have seen this disputed is when the tenant has not paid rent or taken care of their residence. We as a team we take our responsibility seriously and welcome any suggestions to improve what we do. Come visit any time!
