Alex was so helpful today when we came by to see what everything was about. Such excellent customer service. Felt very comfortable with him as well.

Good place reasonably priced to bad people cant afford tickets cryin over prices or rules. Then get mad there's no females when they mostly scare em away..

My first time here 12/12 at 11:45am-11:53. just walked through the door and the clerk was having a conversation with who I thought was a customer so I looked around visibly in the front . So when I asked the clerk Claudette what was back there she aggressively tells me I have to pay $23 bc I went over there I said absolutely not no i didnt I simply looked what was that way but it was too dark to tell . Horrible customer service. Finally the clerk she was originally talking to Max stepped in to explain the pricing and options there . He was super polite and professional but that Claudette disgusting attitude I will definitely not return . If you have to pay $23 to walk in put a sign at the door or how about when you see a customer you ask if they need help instead of carrying on a convo with a fellow employee who you can chat with anytime. I would not recommend this place, scammers, and bad service. I really felt discriminated against by the way she treated me especially with this menacing look toward me. Employees like that are the reason that place was empty and will continue to lose money . Id definitely be reporting this dump.
