        I was at the San Francisco loft store to make a return for 2 dresses I shop all the time from the store I even opened a credit card with them, the manager at this store is very rude and the associate as well they wouldn't even give me their name to make a complaint they claimed no one had a name tag, this is the last time I will ever shop from this store or company I will cancel my credit card and all affiliation with this store. They would not take my dresses for return because it is from Outlet but it is the same company and I have a receipt as well and the dresses where never worn no one told me that they would not accept this because it is from outlet the front desk lady and the manager where so unbelievably rude and inconsiderate I recommend anyone to not shop from this company.
