        B+T recently acquired the apartment building we've lived in for over a year. During the transition (which included a transition from one utility bill management company to another), there was an issue where we were billed twice for utilities for the same month. Priscila was prompt to respond and made sure to keep me updated until the issue was resolved. Thank you for the help and the clear communication!

        I reported a possible kitchen sink leak this past Sunday, and thanks to Alyssa and others at B+T a technician (Cardell) stopped by today to check for any leaks around my kitchen sink ... He did a great job and was very pleasant to interact with while he worked ... My review and opinion is solely based on my own experience, and I thank everyone at B+T for their continued help and support ...
